Warranty Information for Garage Roofs

Our flat roofs are designed to meet industry standards, which may allow for some water pooling. The amount of water retained will vary based on the roof's pitch and the natural settling or bending of timber beams over time.

Please note that roof colour may fade over time due to environmental factors. This fading does not impact the roof’s performance and is not covered under warranty.

Fiberglass roofs may require periodic recoating, though the frequency will depend on location and environmental exposure.

  • Galvanised Steel Sheets - 10-year guarantee, with a life expectancy of up to 30 years.
  • Torch-On Felt Roofing System – 10-year guarantee, with a life expectancy of up to 30 years.
  • Fibreglass (GRP) roofing – 25-year warranty, with a lifespan of up to 100 years.
  • EPDM Rubber Roofing – 20-year warranty, with a life expectancy of up to 50 years.

  • Ironmongery/hardware – 12 months
  • Glass – 10 years (certificate available)
  • Frame – 10 years

Select Steel Warranty

Select Garage Doors LTD provides a five year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. In the event of a claim, please contact the distributer who originally supplied the product, who will then supply details of the claim along with proof of purchase to Select Garage Doors LTD. Valid claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
