When it comes to garage roof colours, they are all priced equally. However, the costs for garage doors and windows may vary depending on the supplier, typically incurring an additional expense.

Do I need to be at home during the installation?

We highly value the opportunity to showcase our product and its functionality to you in person, which is why having you present during our visit is beneficial. However, if your schedule doesn't allow for it, we understand. As long as we have access, power, and ample workspace, we'll efficiently complete the task. Rest assured, if you're away, we'll ensure everything is securely locked up upon completion and conveniently return your key to you.

Absolutely! Power supply is essential for our work. If electric access isn't available in your garage, no worries! We can easily utilise a lead from a house window to ensure smooth operation.

Can I cancel my order if the delivery doesn’t arrive on time?

While we strive to ensure timely and flawless deliveries, it's important to note that manufacturing and deliveries are sometimes beyond our direct control. We place all orders with the utmost trust that they will reach you promptly and in excellent condition. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays in delivery. Should this occur, we'll promptly reschedule your job for a more convenient date that aligns with your schedule. Please be aware that once the manufacturing process has commenced, items cannot be returned. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

When do I pay?

Payment terms vary depending on the type of service provided. For installations, payments are due on the day of the installation, excluding conversions, new builds, and concrete sectional garages.

For garage conversions and new builds requiring building control, a payment plan is offered. This plan includes 40% payable on the first day, an additional 40% prior to plastering or roof installation, and the remaining 20% upon completion.

Concrete sectional garages necessitate full payment one week prior to the scheduled installation date, as mandated by the manufacturers. Installation will only proceed once payment has been received.

The typical arrival time is around 9 am, though it may vary based on factors such as travel time and collections/deliveries along the way.

How do I take care of my garage door?

It’s important to keep your garage door clean and free of stains, ensuring it’s longevity and functionality. Promptly remove any stains and avoid exposing the door to caustic or acidic substances that could harm its surface or structure.

For regular maintenance, thoroughly clean the door approximately every 2-3 weeks. In coastal areas or regions near saltwater, cleaning should be done weekly. Use warm water and a soft cloth or sponge for cleaning, allowing the door to air and dry naturally afterwards. Avoid using detergents, abrasive materials, or solvent – based cleaners, as they may damage the door.
